  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed in such cases.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Domestic (India):
    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International:
    Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders must be paid by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

  • Intronix is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.

  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with a replacement or resolution.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may be refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges.
